But just in case your item is not perfect for you, Pet Shop Girls is happy to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your online purchase. All items returned for an exchange must be unworn and have original tags or packaging. After 7 days, all sales are final.

If for some reason you wish to return the goods purchased for exchange/return, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org with all the information regarding the product and the reason for return, and our staff will respond to your concerns as soon as possible.
- If the return of the goods is approved, all return postage information and steps will be emailed to you.
- Items to be returned must be in new, resalable condition with all tags still attached.
- If the returned item is deemed to not be in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
- All claims for exchange / return must be made within 7 days of the goods being received.
- Please be aware that due to the costs involved in the return process, we are unable to refund or credit the amount that was paid to return your item.
- Store credits have no expiry.
- Socks & hosiery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
